The information received by AFAEMME from the users of this website by way of consultations and requests for on-line information is treated strictly confidentially. The information will be used only to respond to the queries and not for any other purpose.

Some of the services included on this website and, in particular, the application for membership through the use of the corresponding registration form, require the collecting of personal data. In this case, if the mandatory details are not provided, it will not be possible for AFAEMME to facilitate those services.

In relation to data collected by membership applications the user will be able to exercise his/her rights, stipulated by the Spanish Data Protection Law 15/1999 of December 13th and, in particular, the rights of access, change or cancellation of the data and, if necessary, the right to contest and to revoke the given consent for the use of data. These rights can be exercised by the user itself or its representative (with written and signed authority), sending an application containing the user’s name and address, a photocopy of its identity card or passport and a specification about the right being exercised to: AFAEMME, C/Muntaner 340 1º1ª, 08021 Barcelona (Spain).

AFAEMME keeps the collected personal data and guarantees all users that it takes the steps necessary to avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorized use or access.

AFAEMME's website do not use cookies.

The collection of data is carried out in accordance with the current norm and the data will be automatically processed and incorporated in a file called "AFAEMME" and will be only used for the amplification of our members’ network.
