Afaemme has participated in "Training Your Talent III", a professional and personal development program for businesswomen with renowned trainers and dynamic, practical and interactive sessions. In this third program, the main topic have focused on communication issues, as a key competency for successful leadership. Foment del Treball and the IESE business school collaborate to enhance women’s leadership in business.
