Young Women as Job Creators - Training in Amman and Ramallah

AFAEMME's President traveled to Amman to deliver the training for the Women Entrepreneurship Days in Jordan

AFAEMME's President, Ms. de Felipe, traveled to Amman and to Ramallah to train the expert of the associations Jordan Forum for Business and Professional Women and Business and Professional Women Ramallah Club who will be in charge of delivering the Women Entrepreneurship Day Program to female university students from Jordan and Palestine. There she also met with the Associations' Presidents, Ms. Barghouty (Jordan) and Ms. Awwad (Palestine).

The Program, which intends to promote entrepreneurship among young female university students, was developed in the framework of AFAEMME's Union for the Mediterranean labeled project "Young Women as Job Creators" which will be implemented in Jordan, Morocco, Palestine and Spain.

A first Women Entrepreneurship Day (WED) already took place in Barcelona (Spain) and there will follow more WEDs in Palestine (September), Morocco (October) and Jordan (November). AFAEMME has developed a specific training material in order to provide the project's partner associations with skills to successfully transfer the contents of the Program.
