EuroMed@Change

AFAEMME is going to collaborate as a partner organisation in the ANIMA Investment Network Project “EuroMed at Change”.

This project proposes new dynamics for SME and cluster internationalisation between Europe and 4 targeted partner countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon). Business development actions, Euro-Med task forces (with talents, women entrepreneurs, clusters and investors) as well as supporting actions (such as IP trainings and softlanding actions) will be developed in 2013 and 2014 around selected high-growth sectors.

EuroMed at Change is managed by four organisations from across Europe (ANIMA Investment network as Project leader, AFAEMME, the European Business Innovation Centre Network, INNO AG and the Fondation Sophia Antipolis as partners) and coordinates with more than 45 associated business, finance and innovation networks. EuroMed at Change is a pilot Project initiated by the European Parliament financed by the European Commission (DG Enterprise).

In the framework of this project, AFAEMME is going to create an online community for businesswomen and women entrepreneurs from European Countries and from South Mediterranean Countries (with focus on Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon and Tunisia). The online community (online at our B2B section) will function as a business to business virtual meeting point where users can register, upload their professional profile and publish their business demands and offers. Furthermore, AFAEMME is going to organize a Workshop on “Doing Business Behind Borders”. The workshop will take place in the framework of the VII Mediterranean Week of Economic Leaders and the V MEDA Women Entrepreneurs Forum.
