It's time for women!

Last 23rd of April AFAEMME participated as collaborating organisation in the event "It's time for Women", a forum about female leadership and business.

The event took place in Barcelona (Spain) and AFAEMME's President, Ms. Helena de Felipe, was invited as a speaker for the session about "Leadership, diversity and emotions: keys of the women's leadership formula?".

During the event, participants had the chance to analyze thoughts and emotions regarding women, to learn about strategies for their professional growth and to discover female talent as a tool for generating economic growth. Several workshops also offered training for women to innovate, lead, compete, sell more, motivate and perform better.

At the end of the day, the organizers delivered the "It's Time for Women Awards". AFAEMME's President was part of the jury.
