Debate on challenges and policy recommendations to boost the women leadership in economic sector in the MENA region

Afaemme's President, Maria Helena de Felipe, joined a debate with other leaders in " How can women in the MENA Region access to leadership positions, how we can improve it??" De Felipe provided the conclusions of the project "She decides, you succeed" about the 7 benefits for companies in having more women in decision making positions.
