14th conference Originality of Woman in Management

In the framework of the PROGRESS Project, "She decides, you succeed", Ms. Giulia Fedele attended on the 9th of June the 14th conference "Originality of Woman in Management" which was held in Bled, Slovenia and organized by The Managers Associations' of Slovenia.

Since last April AFAEMME published a research guide named "Women in Middle Management in Italy, Latvia, Romania, Spain and UK" ( available at http://www.afaemme.org/she-decides-you-succeed/documentation ) which explores the benefits of having more women at decision making positions, the results have been widely spread at the conference.

The meeting has been an opportunity of networking between important actors across all Europe, and has produced rich outcomes.
